Greetings from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL)!

SCDL is one of the premier distance education institutes in India, offering quality education for the past 2 decades. With over one lakh students enrolled from India and 23 different countries, SCDL is one of the most sought after distance learning institutes in India, known for its excellence in education.

Through its flexible blended learning model, working professionals & fresh graduates can obtain education without the constraints of location, date and time, enabling them to maintain a work life balance. SCDL has pioneered self- learning text books, interactive e-learning, classroom & online lectures with expert faculty, archived lectures, online exams, to provide its students, flexibility & convenience and opportunities for learning anytime, anywhere.

Today thousands of working professionals and fresh graduates are seeking admissions with SCDL. UGC has also permitted students pursuing regular PG courses to enroll for PG Courses in Distance learning. This provides a unique opportunity for HEIs to further upskill their students by enrolling them in niche programs offered through distance learning.

Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited from Higher Education Institutes (HEI’s) who are either approved by AICTE or affiliated to UGC to become Authorised Learner Support Centre.

As an LSC of SCDL, your esteemed college will support student activities such as counselling and admission of students to online education programs offered by SCDL. We need a dedicated counsellor to support students in your city. We will also utilise your infrastructure to conduct personal contact programs for our students.

SCDL is conducting computer based examinations for all its courses. An HEI can provide its computer lab on Saturday and Sunday as per availability for the same. SCDL examinations are on demand and can be scheduled as per the convenience of the college. We shall require an invigilator & a network engineer to be made available by your institution for the conduct of said examination. For this, your regular existing staff can be trained.

SCDL shall provide a remuneration charges as and when services are used by SCDL to the college for providing its services. addition, SCDL shall pay remuneration on per examination basis for each computerised exam conducted at the exam centre. SCDL shall also provide separate incentive on per admission basis in addition to the above mentioned pay-outs. Proposal is enclosed for ready reference.

Once we receive the consent from you and the EOI, we will communicate the further process for empanelment. With this we request you to send Campus photographs (which can include Counselling room, Computer lab, parking, building, etc……..).
